Age Concern Newcastle offer an information and advice service to older people, their friends, family and carers.
We aim to provide information and advice on a range of subjects including welfare benefits, housing, legal issues, community care, residential care, etc.
I don’t think the service could be improved.
If we are not the most appropriate organisation to advise you on a particular subject, or if we are not able to deal with your query as quickly as we would wish, we may refer you to another agency.
The service is available at the following times:
